Domus Brickell

Domus Brickell is a collection of fully furnished flats in Brickell, run with the services of a hotel. Through the Domus App, owners connect their flats to over 100 booking platforms, including Marriott Bonvoy and World of Hyatt, and guests check in and out on their phone and use digital keys for the elevators and the flats.

There are two buildings: Domus Brickell Park, already delivered, and Domus Brickell Center, a 35-story building with 579 flats at 1034 SW 2nd Ave, delivering in 2028, with about 20,000 square feet of amenities and gathering space. Brickell Center offers studio, one- and two-bedroom flats, with interiors by Urban Robot. Every flat is delivered finished and furnished, with ceilings of nine feet and more, a private balcony, a keyless smart lock, hard flooring, stone countertops, a premium appliance package, a washer and dryer and UV-filtered water; a central UV system purifies the building's water and the air in the common areas is filtered. Stays of under 30 days are handled only by professional operators.

The amenities across the two buildings include a rooftop pool deck with hot tub and cabanas, a rooftop bar and yoga deck, a 7th-floor wellness deck with a bocce court and a meditation garden, an indoor/outdoor gym, a steam room and treatment rooms, a lobby café, a wine bar, a gourmet market, a garden lounge, coworking and a conference room, a lobby of about 4,000 square feet, a 24-hour front desk and valet, bike share and EV charging, and the buildings are pet-friendly. The Metromover and Metrorail are a block away, and the Metromover runs free to the Brightline station.
