2. Real estate services

We provide real estate brokerage services in Florida as a Broker Associate under Florida Realty Investments. All brokerage services are performed in accordance with Florida law and under the supervision of the affiliated brokerage.

Listing information displayed on the Site may be provided through IDX feeds from Stellar MLS via MLS Grid. Such data is deemed reliable but is not guaranteed accurate, complete, or current, and is subject to change or withdrawal without notice. Listings may be subject to prior sale. You should independently verify all information.

The Site, including text, graphics, logos, and design, is owned by us or our licensors and protected by applicable law. Listing content belongs to its respective owners and the MLS. You may not reproduce Site content without permission, except for personal, non-commercial use.

7. Third-party services and links

The Site uses third-party services (including Google Maps and Cloudflare Turnstile) and may link to third-party sites. We are not responsible for third-party content, services, or privacy practices. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms.

8. User submissions

Information you submit through contact or inquiry forms is handled under our Privacy Policy. By submitting, you confirm the information is accurate and that you consent to being contacted regarding your inquiry.
